Our Seasonal Care Program is available to all customers who opt-in.
It is designed to help extend the life of your Sun Shade Co. products, because we want you to enjoy your shade for years to come. Our Shade Care experts know when and how to properly remove and hang your shade fabric to ensure a long life.
How the program works
- Before the winter months arrive, our team will remove your shade and inspect the fabric + structure for wear & tear. A maintenance report is produced to ensure your warranty remains valid.
- In the spring, our team will re-hang your shade and repair hardware as needed.
